S.A.F.E., C.O.P.S., National Fallen Firefighter’s Foundation and Children’s Mercy Kansas City to benefit

(LENEXA, Kan.) – The PGA TOUR and the Kansas City Crusaders, the host organization of the Web.com Tour’s Kansas City-area event, today announced at a press conference a five-year agreement making Digital Ally (NASDAQ: DGLY) the tournament’s new title sponsor, effective immediately and running through 2019.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Midwest Classic has been officially renamed the Digital Ally Open.

Based in the Kansas City suburb of Lenexa, Kan., Digital Ally (www.digitalally.com) is a technology-driven company that boasts the best in technology and innovation in the field of advanced video police cameras, fleet event recorders and law enforcement surveillance equipment.

The 2015 Digital Ally Open will be played Aug. 6-9 at Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate in nearby Overland Park. A week-long schedule of events beginning on Aug. 3rd will include a Pro-Am on Wednesday, Aug. 5th.

A unique component to the Digital Ally sponsorship will be the beneficiary relationships with local and national charities, including:

S.A.F.E. – Provides the comfort of financial support for the families of sworn law enforcement officers, firefighters and emergency services personnel who lose their lives in the performance of their duties.

C.O.P.S. – Provides resources to assist in the rebuilding of the lives of surviving families of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty.

National Fallen Firefighters Foundation – Its mission is to honor and remember America’s fallen fire heroes and to provide resources to assist their survivors in rebuilding their lives and to work within the fire service community to reduce firefighter deaths and injuries.

Children’s Mercy Kansas City – A national and international leader recognized for advancing pediatric health and delivering optimal health outcomes through innovation and a high-value, integrated system of care.

“This Web.com Tour event has always been fantastic for our community and when presented with the opportunity we knew it would be a perfect fit," said Digital Ally CEO Stan Ross. “More importantly, the Digital Ally Open will bring attention and support to the local and national charities involved."

“It is with a great deal of pleasure that the PGA TOUR welcomes Digital Ally to the Web.com Tour’s family of sponsors," said Web.com Tour president Bill Calfee. “Digital Ally is a unique company that is based within a few miles of the tournament’s home at Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate. We think this hometown synergy and the charitable ties with S.A.F.E., C.O.P.S., National Fallen Firefighter’s Foundation and Children’s Mercy Kansas City position the Digital Ally Open for much success in the future. We congratulate the Kansas City Crusaders on their efforts in bringing Digital Ally to the Web.com Tour."

“The Kansas City Crusaders are honored to welcome Digital Ally as the title sponsor of our Web.com Tour event," said Kansas City Crusaders president Matt Henderson. “We have a shared vision of making the Digital Ally Open a cornerstone community event each summer that supports businesses as well as local and national charities. We look forward to a long partnership with Digital Ally in providing a platform that helps them achieve their goals."

The Digital Ally Open will be Digital Ally’s first engagement with a major sports sponsorship. The company plans to activate its partnership by introducing and integrating its products in unique ways during pre-tournament and tournament-week activities in August.

The 2015 tournament will mark the sixth time the Web.com Tour has played a tournament at LionsGate. Zack Sucher, who graduated to the PGA TOUR at the conclusion of the 2014 season, won last year’s championship by three shots over Kansas State graduate Aaron Watkins.

Personal Financial Group sponsors brand new Chalet Village at 2015 tournament.

(OVERLAND PARK, Kan.) – The Midwest Classic, the only PGA TOUR Sanctioned professional golf tournament in the Kansas City area, announces that Personal Financial Group has sponsored a brand new Chalet Village on the 18th green for the Midwest Classic at the Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate taking place August 3rd through 9th, 2015.

The Personal Financial Group Chalet Village will be comprised of several open-air skyboxes, seating between 10 and 40 guests each, with food and drinks included. Guests will have spectacular views of the action on, both, the 9th and 18th tournament greens.

“Personal Financial Group is thrilled to be the sponsor of the ‘new’ Chalet Village at the 2015 Midwest Classic, Web.com Tour Tournament," Don Clark, President of Personal Financial Group, commented. “This event is vital to ensuring that we maintain professional golf in the Kansas City community. Midwest Classic announces tournament dates for 2015 and Web.com Tour graduates begin play on the PGA TOUR this week.

(OVERLAND PARK, Kan.) – The Midwest Classic, the only PGA TOUR Sanctioned professional golf tournament in the Kansas City area, has announced its 2015 tournament dates. The 2015 tournament week will take place August 3-9, 2015 at the Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate. “This year’s tournament was the best Midwest Classic to date and we have been working diligently to begin planning for 2015 to make it even better. We are pleased to offer yet another professional sport that Kansas City and Overland Park can embrace and take immense pride in," said Kelly Eddy, Executive Director of the Kansas City Crusaders and the Midwest Classic. “Several of the guys who competed on the Web.com Tour at the Midwest Classic just two months ago will be making their debut, and for some their return, this week on the PGA TOUR."

The 2014-2015 PGA TOUR season kicks off this week at the Frys.com Open (Oct. 9-12) and then continues with a six-week stretch into November. This will be the second year of the wraparound season beginning in October rather than the traditional January. The PGA TOUR moved to this model in order to create more playing opportunities for the members and more excitement for fans.

With the Web.com Tour as THE PATH to the PGA TOUR, 50 players earned their PGA TOUR cards through Web.com Tour regular season and Finals play. Many of those, including 2014 Midwest Classic champion, Zack Sucher, will be in the field this week at the Frys.com Open. A few other notables from the Midwest Classic leaderboard to watch in the Frys.com Open field are Derek Fauthauer (5th), Andres Gonzales (T6), and Tom Hoge (T6).

Jarrod Lyle, who finished tied for 11th at the 2014 Midwest Classic, Monday qualified for the Frys.com Open following nearly two years of medical leave while he battled leukemia for the second time in his life. Earning a spot into the Frys.com Open was crucial on his road to making up the $324,123 he needs to hit No. 125 on the 2012 money list, and thereby keep his full PGA TOUR card.

After playing well on the Web.com Tour, several former Midwest Classic standouts played last season on the PGA TOUR. 2013 Champion, Jamie Lovemark, finished 172nd in the FedEx Cup Points standings. Chesson Hadley (T3 in 2013) finished 72nd in FedEx Cup Point standings. 2012 Champion, Shawn Stefani, and 2012 runner-up, Russell Henley, also had a great season, finishing 83rd and 50th respectively in the FedEx Cup Point standings. “It is exciting to see these Web.com Tour alumni playing well. The evolution of the Web.com Tour since 2012 has made the Midwest Classic and other Web.com Tour events that much more exciting. We are looking forward to our fifth consecutive year of the Midwest Classic and another group of world-class professionals playing right here in Kansas City," said Matt Henderson, chairman of the board for the Kansas City Crusaders.
